Important
You don’t need to be a fast shorthand writer in order to teach.
You do need to know the few rules of the system and
You must be interested in people to help students learn to write shorthand.
You teach people the skill of shorthand.
A working knowledge of the rules can be acquired in only a few hours. A further few hours of study of the Teacher’s Handbook will provide the essential base for teaching the method.
Teaching Shorthand
The unique feature of this shorthand method is its simplicity and its ability to meet the different needs of people who want to make written notes, whether professionals at work or for general note-taking at meetings or classes.
There is thus a significant number of potential students.
T-Script is a fast writing tool for professional shorthand writers and for EVERYONE who would like to write shorthand.
University students
A special opportunity is offered to a few selected students in each UK university or college who wish to learn the skill of speed writing and to teach it to fellow students. This can provide a useful part-time income to help towards the rising costs of student expenses.
Learn the method in a week and then run group seminar-workshops (typically of 3-4 hours each); YOU set and receive all fees and arrange suitable times. Teaching support will be given to all registered teachers.
This offer is limited to 2 students only on each campus. There is a special reduced fee for the Course and Teacher Registration (this includes a copy of the Teacher’s Handbook and the introductory Course on Preparation for Teaching).
To find out more about this special opportunity send an email to universityteaching@t-script.co.uk.
Parent Tutors
If you want your child to get ahead in class, teach them the simple Alpha-Executive speed writing method for making quick notes. There are so few rules you can ‘learn as you go’ with your family.
This is a valuable asset for future use at college and beyond when attending conferences and seminars – everyone is a life-long student nowadays. If you are one of the millions who go to meetings regularly you will appreciate the usefulness of a quick note-taking method.
